You'd need to drop a folder of icons into the menu editor pro icons folder in ./Themes/default/images and it should be read into the system and available automatically

No it should auto go up on each bid. If you accept the bid it ends auctions I believe.If no bid is accepted when the auction closes then the highest bid is accepted.

i didnt realize i had to research myself ...this is not a server issue, ie works fine.i remove the shop the same crap happensthis is a known issue of this editorie loads it just fine as the screen caps...
