Bulk multiupload will require work I won't have time to look into till next week. You can try uninstalling other mods if it just started to happen as that can cause it to occur.Your images url look off...

To upgrade to a new version uninstall the old version if you can then install the new version.Otherwise just install the new version on top of the old version.
